... I should just correct a very minor error. Neither the Marine Perpetual's bezel, nor the dial is made of enamel. It would be impossible to cut out those many windows from the enamel, without having many cracks as a result. Therefore, the dial is lacquered, in several layers, each one is polished. The same is done with the bezel.
Regarding the black and silver/white Acqua perpetuals: It is intriguing to have a non-compromise sports watch on the wrist, which is indeed a perpetual calendar. The striking blue of the Marine sometimes might be a bit too conspicious, or simply not match the colour of the outfit worn. The other two are easier to wear as an everyday watch.
However, if I had the blue Marine, I would change my wardrobe, of course!
