Technically, it is possible. My friend, who is a watchmaker, replaced the old square-date dial with a new round-date one. To find out if UN does it, I would suggest to contact your national UN center. For the U.S., the ideal person to contact would be Patrik Hoffmanm. Have a look at Thomas Mao's post just above, where he gives the details of how to contact him.
