When you jump high and you fall back in the floor, isn't there a big pressure in your spine? I mean, wouldn't that be something to avoid if we want to lenghten our spine? How could you grow 3 inches in 1 month? Let's face it. We all seem to agree that products like B-Growth can't make you 3 inches taller in 3 months, but we all know (I think we all know) that B-Growth comes also with stretching exercises, to be done in the morning and before going to bed. Well, even with the exercises, we don't believe it can make you 3 inches taller in 3 months. But you did some exercises, like jumping and kicking and you say you grew 3 inches in 1 month (!!)... I am sorry, but that would only be possible if you had really bad posture before starting the exercises. I have been stretching for almost 1 month and I've only increased my height in about 0,7 cm!
