A guy grew 1.5 inches taller with inversion exercises.. i've heard this story a few years ago so i don't know if it's true. A bunch of college kids are constantly experimenting height increase methods.. by the way, these guys are about to reveal another advanced Lumbar Routine which is to be unveiled this January 16, 2006.
