people can stop growing at 16...yes, guys too! My gorwth plates have been fused ever since and i dont think any growth hormone would be effective. Exercises n diet would probably b the only way for me to grow (unless i plan on spending money on surgery). Yes, you can grow in your 20s or whenever gorwth plates fuse but not without exercise n diet. Growth hormones wont do anything if they're fused. One last thing, weight lifting doesn't stunt growth. My brother grew because of lifting weights...let me rephrase that...his growth was exponential while he was lifting weights. U need to do more research regarding this.
