people take my advise on this one if your epipysis are fused anothers shut you will nevere ever ever ever GROOOW AGAIN im sorry but thats life i guess guys like me bein only 5ft7 with shoess of an 5ft8 with them on have to execpt short stature

i'm 19 my growth plates may be fused or may not be, but i have grown from various things (hypnosis, stretching, ortopedi, sleep, nutrition etc.) so your wrong- i don't really feel like proving you wrong (anymore than i have) believe what you want but if it's negative and clearly ignorant then just keep it to yourself.

Hey buddy have you tried kalsis Journal?..Do you think it'll work and also are the results permanent!..?..plz respond thanx !

I used that journal a long time ago, perhaps about two years ago- i grew about half an inch in like three months. however i never payed any attention to permanent or not permanent- at that time i had never heard anything about losing height after you do the exercise. over all i'm taller now then i was before but it's hard to determine the permanancy of the exercises. Despite this i believe that if you do the exercises long enough your bones and/or cartilege will fill in the space between your joints. Anyways this is not a scientific answer, but i have heard good things about kelsie's (sp?).
also- i don't have the journal anymore nor do i remember it's name- but some of the kelsie's exercises i have seen resemble the ones in the journal i used

keep the hope alive, because with out it... what's the point?
