Ok guys, this is it, I have created a plan that helped me grow 3 inches in 1 month. Here it goes,we all know that when we are sleeping are spine decompresses in our sleep, which in return makes us taller in the morning and gravity's pull forces are spine to compress back making us our normal height. So what should we do? Use it to our advantage here's how:
Exercise every every night right before you go to bed so your spince decompresses to the most it can. Exercise every morning so it will take long to compress back after your exercise.
I followed that plan and within a week I started to notice little changes, height just started to catch on more and more. I hope I have helped anyone who is reading this.

How tall were u when u started and how tall are you now.Do u know if your legs gotten any longer or if its come from your back.And are u sure that u are measuring your self right.I dont know but three inches in a month is really hard to beleive.But if u have good for you and we thank u for telling us of your story and helping others out.

I was 5'6" whenever I began and am 5'9" as of now. Most of my growing happened in my spine. Again, I believe its because I did the exercises RIGHT before I went to bed and RIGHT when I got up. I know it sounds dilluional, but I'm just sharing this in hopes that everyone might try it and see if it works for them.

How did you do your jumps? I mean did you jump as high as possible or did you just jump at a lower height where you can do a lot more repetitions? And how did you do your kicks? Were they high or low kicks? and Did you use ankle weights?

I jumped as high as possible, to me that was the obvious thing to do, I did them untill I got really tired basically. My kicks were high too, the higest I could do them, front and back. This gives your legs a great workout.

When I do high jumps I can do no more than 60 or 70. Is this how many you did each time you did them morning and night. Or did you do a lot more? Thanks.

When you jump high and you fall back in the floor, isn't there a big pressure in your spine? I mean, wouldn't that be something to avoid if we want to lenghten our spine?
How could you grow 3 inches in 1 month? Let's face it.
We all seem to agree that products like B-Growth can't make you 3 inches taller in 3 months, but we all know (I think we all know) that B-Growth comes also with stretching exercises, to be done in the morning and before going to bed. Well, even with the exercises, we don't believe it can make you 3 inches taller in 3 months.
But you did some exercises, like jumping and kicking and you say you grew 3 inches in 1 month (!!)... I am sorry, but that would only be possible if you had really bad posture before starting the exercises.
I have been stretching for almost 1 month and I've only increased my height in about 0,7 cm!

The trick is when you jump, you land back on the balls of your foot. See you jump with your toes, if you landed flat footed it would hurt, you would have 3x the body weight coming down, the balls of your foot , under your toes is where you should jump.

It's obvious that Brian made that up. It's impossible for him to grow 7,5 cm in 1,5 months. Even if he had really bad posture, it would be impossible... in 1,5 months!

I have 2 questions:
1) I heard that once someone does grow by stretching and becomes satisfied with their new height, so stops stretching, they will return to their original height. What's your opinion on that??
2) Is it necessary to hang on a bar right before sleeping or can it be done anytime in the day, as longs as stretching is still done morning and night??

How can anyone believe in this guy? It's IMPOSSIBLE for someone to increase his/her height in 3 inches in just 6 weeks!! Totally impossible! How could our nerve cells and vascular cells grow that much in 1,5 months? That's not possible and I know what I am saying.
Remember that growing 7,5 cm in 1 month is something that never happens, since a baby is born till the end of his/her puberty. He never grows that much in 1 month and a half! So, how could this 20 year old man grow 7,5 cm in 1,5 months??
If he is not lying, than I must say that his measurements were incorrect, for several possible reasons (not measuring at the same time of the day, measuring before stretching the first time and right after stretching exercises the last time, being totally stretched the last time he measured and totally relaxed the first time, etc etc etc).
If he was telling the truth, I'm sure he would explain to us better what he did, with more details. He just comes here and says he exercised after waking up and before going to bed and expect us to believe he grew 3 inches?
I am sorry man, I am not calling you lyer. I just want to warn ppl that you didn't measure correctly, that's for sure.
Anyway, if by any miracle (yes, MIRACLE) you achieved 3 inches in 1 month, I am sorry.

hi recently read a message that you grew 3 inches in a month or there abouts umm i was wondering what exercise you did you make yourself grow because i tink you said hang i odnt have bar to hang from lol may sound stpid but at present i stand at 5"4.5 and i want to get to 5"9 lol proberly never work but a modelling company have approaced me and said if i was taller they will put me on their books so...I NEED TO GROW!! please of you can help do! thankx from naomi jones x
