Does it take long for the GH to expire if we sleep 4-5 hours a day?

Gh stays in your blood for merely 20 mins and then is converted to IGF-1.

Just catch up on sleep and sleep 10 hrs the next day...if yur worried about 'expired gh' lol.

Hey, Smalldude have you tried heightmax? But as for me "I DONT WANT IT ANY MORE" coz I don't want to pay for it(to the heightmax product sender coz I know you are reading this message), it's worthless.

most gh is released during ur first 3 hours of sleep... sleep 10hrs if u wish it won't add much to ur height
