look the truth is, if your not growing, your just not eating enought calories, stop being so stupid, just eat a lot more food. I have spoken will all of my tall friends wich are about 6'3, they eat like 5000 calories a day.

if you want to grow tall, eat anything you want, just eat excess calories, like about 6000 a day, I know, you'll get fat, but it will trigger a massive growth spurt causing your body to grow out and linearly as well, you'll gain weight really quickly, but you'll grow tall, beleive me. I've been eating a ton of food, right now I'm 5'8, but I don't consider that tall, that's why I'm giong to start eating more food.

just eat more food. if somebody calls you fat, forget them, just keep on eating. you have to eat eat eat eateat eat eateateateateateateateateateateateateateateateateateateateateateateateateateateateateateateateateateateateateateateateateateat, and oh yha, eat, thankyou. that's the only way you can grow taller.

eat theright amounts of good foods, but do not become fat!!!
