daily and reading the posts if there are any. I think everyone is staying too busy to post on a regular basis. I am doing well with my heart but am recovering from an upper respiratory infection which takes a while due to this suppressed immune system. I have been busy at health fairs and teaching senior adults at school. This week we are going to the beach for a few days. Hope you are all well. Thanks for thinking about me.
