The food was great 3 meals a day.Much of it fresh from the garden and smokehouse.And the end of the season barbeque was top rate cooked by experts.However i suspect we are paying the price for all that country ham and red eye gravy consumed in those days.One of those uncles opened up a barbeque restaunt next to his country home a few miles from town and it becamefamous far and wide in its day.'
