decides to build a 3 bedroom ranch on 8 acres he has brought on the va. /Carolina border.About 3 years ago he starts building with most of the labor furnished by him nad the family.He winds up with a 3 story,5 bedroom,2 car garage house still not finished that he has put up for auction with a starting bid of $320,000 as is.Must be nice .To boot he had sold an option for the timber rights on 5 of the eight acres with a 2 year cutting deadline for about the price he paid for the land .The lumber company misses the deadline so nephew still owns the timber rights to sell again.P.S My sister and he decides its to much house so they are selling the house and 3 of the 8 acres.So here goes some more moving.
