My way to do WILD

The best way to do WILD -

Go to sleep for about 5-6 hours, then wake up for about 5-10 minuts ( best time to do it is at about 5:00 in the morning!! when it's still dark ) , don't stay in your bed, you must get up!! ( it's very help to splash wather on your face the moment you go out of your bed ).

Then put some nice music near your bad, maybe disk, or a radio, or your TV ( put dark picture ), put something soft, something that you love to hear, set a volume that you feel good with, not too low and not high or course, then you go back to bed.

Now the only thing you have to do is listen to the music, don't think any thoughts, just listen and pay all your attention to the music, it will not take very long untill you will find yourself in the lucid dream.

Why music you ask ? becouse there are many things you can use to do WILD, counting, listen to your breaths, repeat on something in your head, listen to a clock Tick-Tack ... but all this methods are very boaring, and it's very easy to start flow with your thoughts which is very very bad things to do in this method, but if you use music that you love, then ( from experience! ) it's very easy to keep your attention all the time on the music without start wondering with your thoughts.

Also, when you feel very close to enter the dream ( you will feel the strong vibrations and you will feel and hear and see a lot ) a key way to enter to the dream is motion, try to imagine that you walk, or sweeming, or do some movement, for example spinning yourself, this method will put you very fast inside the dream envarement.
