There is no reason in the world that it would wake you up if it's not too high, you should set the volume not too high, put volum that you can hear good anough but not more, then just listen to it until the vibrations are comming, it's very easy and fun, it's working the best if you put music that you really love to hear, and not something too "hard", also if it's music that boaring you then you will start to wondering with your thoughts, so it's not good, put music that you like and love to listen to.
Please try again and tell me, i tell you it's the best method for doing WILD, it's working much much better then all the other boaring WILD methods ( listen to a clock, counting numbers, repeat something in your head ... )
