As you know, you have to do WILD only after 5-6 hours of sleep and then been awake for a while.
Go to sleep at 24:00, wake up at 5:00 in the morning for 5 minuts ( you MUST get out of bed ) then, at 5:05 go back to sleep to try the Music WILD, you will see that it's much much easyer this way to fall asleep again ( 5:00 in the morning is a good time to try becouse it's still dark and not much noise and it's easyer to fall asleep ).
About the music, put something that you love to hear, maybe a good disk that you love ( One hour at least ) it's very importent that you will not flow away with your thoughts, try to put something soft and relax, don't put noisy music, set volum low but not too low so you will hear it good anough, the best music for this method is soft and relax music, and music that you love, not something boaring that will make you think of other things.
Again, i found that the best thing about this method is that it's not boaring like all the other WILD methods ( counting, listen to a clock or to your breaths ... ) so you almost not flow away with your thoughts and you keep all your atantion to the music, i found that in all the times when i failed with WILD was becouse i started to flow with my thoughts and i fell asleep, it's not happen with the music!!
