First of all, I agree there is no point in personal attacks or derision. Also that doing your own exploration can lead to a new and better understanding. However, that self-discovery can be made a lot more useful if you have a strong foundation of the basics.
Maybe you are being kind but I find it hard to believe Davion, that as an experienced LDer you had not heard of going over your dreams at sleep time. But maybe it came so naturally you didn't have to learn the basics, I don't know.
I would never want to attack your enthusiasm or drive Steff. I just think that if you go through those websites I posted you will have much of the basics and be able to do some more refined exploration.
