I hope this isn't too dumb of a question. As most of you who read this board know I'm new to LD's, I still have a lot to learn, and have a lot of curiosity....

Well.....My question is this:

Has anyone ever tried to be born? That is.....like.....being born from a women.....? I was just thinking of things I may want to try one day, and this seemed like a good idea, freaky...., maybe a lil sick heh, but maybe it would be an experiance?!

I've read about people who have done it, but I've haven't heard anything else than that they've done it.......

I guess it could be used for extreme personal growth....maybe the birth would be as your subconsciousness remembers your own birth....I dunno....

I've thought about this too.......don't know if I'll try it though....

Yea, I was kinda wondering that too, if your subconcious mind would remember your real birth, thus thats what you would be experiancing..../shrug.

I've heard of people under hipnosis recalling birth....perhaps its the same concept.....

It's on my list for sure, once I have long, good enough LD's.

Your right about the hypnosis thing. Since you can remember this when you're hypnotised, you would be able to remember it, don't know how accurate the recollection in the dream would be though, even if it is your subconscious.

No such thing as a dumb question. I think it's a very interesting idea on many levels. I'm sure the experience must be somewhere in you unconscious memory, so it may be very realistic in your dream. And rebirthing is certainly an established form of therapy. They say it's a very, very emotional experience. I'm sure that dreams are a very safe place to try it. If you do it, please let us know what happened.

On the contrary, I think your idea sounds very interesting, definatly something I want to try soon as I get to the point where I have like 4 LDs per week.
