Hi, I'm new in the world of lucid dreaming and I need help I just can't have a lucid dream so far I can only remember my dreams,and I don't understand what they mean on the site cause you see I'm 14 and I'm kinda you know "special" or to put it in simple terms I am suffering from "Autism" or in Dutch "Autisme",so if anybody can explain how I will be able to have a lucid dream please tell me.

Welcome to the forum our new friend!!!Check the site carefully,youll get most of the basic info from it.Its hard to explain it to you,espacially by me,whos non egnlish person.Once you familiar with the term of lucid dreaming, make sure you post your questions here or visit the chat.We`ll try best to help you.

You need to be aware of your surroundings at all times. Once you see something not possible, you can crawl out of yourself and fly to the best place in your mind. Then you can step into a different type of reality. If you understand that then...You play a good game.
