I am guessing that the Lucidity Institute MIGHT be a good resource for finding info on sleep cycles and dream states. Try doing a search for "dreams" in yahoo then clicking on Psychology:dreams and then lucid dreams. The site should be linked...

As Game_cat said, you can find many good scientific resources on the site of Lucidity Institute. I found 1 article in which "dream time"-research is mentioned. Only some paragraphs but still very interesting. Here's the link:http://www.lucidity.com/NL53.ResearchPastFuture.html.

The results mentioned in the paragraphs contained also a reference to Stephen LaBerge's first book about LD's (Lucid Dreaming, Ballantine, 1986). So you will certainly find more information about the time-experiments in that book. Yes, 1986 is a long time ago but most of the interesting reseach has been done in the late seventies (scientific proof LD's are possible) and eighties (techniques, devices etc). There was also an interesting journal about LD's, Lucidity Letter. Bad news: it doesn't exist anymore . Good news: the best articles (a lot!) can be found online, go to http://www.sawka.com/spiritwatch/tableof.htm. Maybe you can find there more information.

Good luck with your research .
