| Hi
I took some advise from a book which described the hours of dreaming at night. Basically it mentioned that dreams come in 90 minute intervals and by timing the awakening you can interrupt a dream and try out WILD.
So yesterday I set an alarm clock for four and a half hours after sleeping (roughly) and another alarm at six hours after sleeping and another one seven and a half hours after falling asleep.
The results were astonishing, although I didn't have full blown LDs, I managed to have the most vivid dreams and remembered every detail. I have made a note of it all in my journal.
I was awake for about 15 mins and then went back to bed. Although I didn't have any LDs I had a strong feeling that I was very close to one. I dreamt about the things I wanted to dream about.
So, this looks like a good sign. Is there any further advise anyone can offer in which I could use this to have proper LDs.
Any advice is much appreciated

Did you feel like you'd slept alright afterwards? How long did you sleep for? | |
