Well, I tryed this once at 11-12 at night once, and thought about lucid dreaming so much that my mind woke right up for 3 - 4 hours, I would suggest if this happens to you again, to get up walk about and wach TV or somehting for 15 - 30 minutes and let your bed cool, then go back to bed close your eyes and just dont think abou dreaming. Hopefully you should be sleeping in another 15 - 30 minutes.
