I think I have a new solution to doing the WILD method.

Yesterday afternoon Me, my dad, my stepbrother, my cousin, and my grandma and grandpa, went to my stepbrothers grandma's house for dinner. After I ate a very big meal. I got really sleepy and decided to take a nap. Well I layed down took a plastic cup and started to just move it up and down with my mouth. Well I started to fall asleep, and kept moving the cup at the same time. Well then i realized that I was falling asleep. But then I saw this guy that kept pointing at me. He was wearing a purple shirt and a brown cap. All though he was pointing to me. i could hear my cousins voices saying " Brandon, wake up". Then I decided to wake up. But at first I saw my cousin and the purple shirt guy at the same time. But eventually I woke up. So here is my possible new method for doing a WILD.
1- You relax or lay down.
2- You can put something like a tooth pick in your mouth and focus I messing with it in your mouth.
3- Then focus on it entirely.
4- Now Just slowly try to make something move, But dont do anything extreme, just maybe make a peace sign with your fingers.
5- Then once you have full dream control your free.
But i have a question too. How was I able to see my cousin and the dream character?\
I wouldn't recommend a toothpick because when you fall asleep it could become lodged in your throat.
I have a theory about how you saw both, you really were dreaming and
(sometimes sounds from the real world incorporate into our dreams)
So you cousin is yelling for you to wake up and you see him in your dream with the other character for a second until his is able to wake you up
Never stick objects in your mouth while sleeping nor atempt to fall asleep with headphones that contain a cord. What u did was based on focus it has nothing to do with putting objects in your mouth Trust me on this one. U can even activate your bodily energy by focusing on one thought thats why people pray.
