went out last night, had a green martini..
went back to sleep this morning and this is wha ti dreamed;
I was walking dog? or pushing cart in Hoylake, small town next to my home town in UK at dusk...light was dropping, I was going past the indian/pakistani shops (Shefalis from when I was a kid) at far end of town, and road got narrower, they were struggling to put away all the dresses outside, a littl wind, the cart was veering to right, into dress dummies, I apologized, got to last corner, very dark, realised there were two creatures (big cats?) in the dark at that corne, I turned around to go back and the indian-looking shop keepers were laughing at my fear/reaction, then they started to move quick too stepping back amongst the dress dummies, cos these cats were not chained, shopkeeper told me to keep still, but cat (leopard? panther?) jumped on my back, then sat on my shoulders, perhced over my head, a big smothering, (power move?)and sat for a minute, I couldnt see and was trying to figure out if it was aggressive, as it was not tame, they were hiding a bit from it, so I eventually pushed it off my shoulders, and one of the guys grabbed me and as if to help me took me quicky toward a double door, that led into a shallow cupboard, and closed teh doors, trapping me, and then he went back to his buddies, laughing, it was a joke on me. (or imprisonment?) I got out of the cupboard, as I well know how dangerous big cats are, (they have been symbols of my personal terror all my life- something you should immediately recognize and be afraid/wary of - you are enver in control of them) anyhow i got out of cupboard, and was going to jumpt from window, too high, ran down passage, (at this point I was inside a large old house, and i could see the half light sunset from window) and I ran down to screen door, (not sure if I fougth with these men trying to capture me, dont quite remember) got to screen door, stood back, men outside were looking to capture me, had guns, I got out, saw huge water turmoil coming, like in disaster movie, I think they were chasing me, I yelled, pointed out hte water would kill us all, ran up hill behind house which was like sanddune, (lots sandunes on NE UK coast) at top was a wire fence, some fat girl wearing a religious cross OR was fanatical religious, dont quite remember, was determined to catch me, holding onto my ankle, I fought kikced at her, looked around and saw more rushing flood water coming from other side of dunes and fence, I realised it was coming from all around.
woke up.
that is all of it I remember. will prob translate for myself later. whaddya tink? |
