A man follows me chasing me and I can't shout for help. I try desperatly to call out and as he gets right close to me I manage to shout help and often wake myself up. I've had the dream for 2 years and it's always the same man.

Maby your dream is about a man who loves you and you will fine him soon

Or maby this man is trying to tell you something?

hopefully this is jsut a fear that you have not recognised in yourself. Are you hiding from something? do you develop relationships well? do you have a positive relationship with your father/brother?

In the VERY rare event that it is some kind of precognition warning, be aware of situations where you are alone and make sure you always follow the safety rules when travelling alone, make sure someone knows wehre you are, park car in well lit places etc.

But, reconsidering your dream, I really think it is a subconscious fear of something/a known problem that is somewaht unsolvable, (like waiting for a govt to give you permanent residency) and so you live with this particular problem, and probably only have dreams when the problem is tweaked.

I don't know what you're knowledge of dreams are, but we can reprogramme a dream using certain techniques, or induce a particular dream with the intention to change the course of events. It's a bit like using the dream state to heal unconcious issues. There are books around that can help you with this.

I mention this, because I have the niggling feeling, that if you can reprogramme yourself not to run in this dream, turn around and face the man and then ask if there is something he wishes to tell you, you may be surprised to discover that he has an important message for you.
