I dreamt I was having my hair cut shorter. I have long hair. Iwas concerned about two things - that the back was straight and that I actually suited it. The dream itself was giving me the feeling of uncertainty.
I actually believe this dream has nothing to do with hair. I think you're concerned about something else to do with time in your life. Like you're losing time or losing something that's being cut short in your life and that's why you're worried in the dream.
