The creepy man

The lighting was like in a scary moview, grenn tint and fluttering. I walked into a bathroom with 5 different bath tubs. There were people in each of them, all of them had scars and/or stitches in various parts of their bodies. I kept thinking when we're healed we can get away. I remember being terrified to look down at their genitals. It was like if I looked there would be nothing there except a massive black hole.
Then we were out at a park. We were all wearing white dresses, with scarves around our faces. I look to my right and I saw a man with dark red hair and a dark red beard leaning on a big blue car. He opened up his arms to me and he looked like he was vibrating. Like it was his aura or something. I got nervous and felt like I needed to get to him. I ran as fast as I could, but before I knew it I was back in the house.
I was sitting in the den, and I heard the man say, "It's time for your baths kiddies, remember, no hanky-panky!" I got up and started to clean up the den, as I walked past the hallway to get to the kitchen I saw him out of the corner of my eye. I could only make out that he was short and lumpy. Like he had huge boils or something, like the size of grapefruits. He laughed in this high-pitched tone. I was terrified. I hurried towards the kitchen and the trash I had caught fire. I threw it into the sink and turned the water on to put it out. Knowing there was another way to the den I ran around the other way. I jumped on the couch and hid my head with a pillow. Out of the corner of my eye I saw this little animal scampering on the floor. I could even here its nails on the floor. The man pulled down a stainless steal table, like in a vets office. I was very, very scarred at what was about to happen. I starting crying. Then the laughing again. He put the animal on the table and I heard the swishing of a liquid. I new it was gas. I picked up the remote and tried to turn up the T.V. or change the channel and I woke up.

not nice

i really hope that you watched a horror movie before you had this dream, I wouldnt want to attempt to dissect it as a reflection of events in your life or subconscious fears.

If this is a recurring dream, or troubles you greatly, try to sit with a psychology professional for at least one sitting, to get this dream out of your head, and into air, where it can hurt no-one. You might want to look for a hypnotherapist, to do a session and create a sleep-tape, which you can use to direct your thoughts in a positve fashion/direction during your sleep/rejuvenation period. Remember, the past is the past, and whatever triggered this revolting dream, it is past, and you are free of it in reality.

I know!

That was the only scary dream I have ever had. I've spoken with some people about it, but since it's not a recurring dream, that leaves many questions unanswered. Thanks for the tips though!

i drank some wine coolers yesterday, then ate a cheeseburger and cheesefries, then every time I tried to sleep I had a wigged-out dream, each one different and bizarre, and rancid indigestion today - so don't take one nasty dream to heart!! And don't each cheesefries before bed, its brutal.......

Hi Carla,

Neesoj is a woos but I'll have a go for you.

Scars and stitiches etc are representative of battles and struggles. However they also show how the body has adapted and tried to support us in times where we have neglected ourselves for different reasons. It may be useful if you could try to visualise where the scars were on these bodies. The places they occur in, have a particular meaning. I think this links in with the loss of power as reflected in your fear of a lack of gentalia.

The kitchen is where 'Mother' is supossed to be. It's the heart of the home and where life in a home is created and generated from. There is a fire that is out of control which represents anger.

I have to log off now, but I'll come back and finish off

believe me if this was my dream, I would be greatly troubled. maybe I am a woos, but I think it is spelled (spelt?!) WUSS. Now I am depressed. Had mussels with curry tonite. Was quite good. But I cooked it, so anything could happen. the only thing I am afraid of is my own cooking, tigers (loose ones) and the dreams that don't go when you are aware that you are awake. (I see dead people, but fortunately not very often and I felt sympathetic to the kid in the movie) But hurry up marmelade, finish your dream analysis please, I am interested to read it. WUSS, thats a bummer.....

Patience!!!

Ok Wuss, here goes (and Carla ofcourse). I've had a bit of time to reflect on this dream, there's lots about it that does'nt make sense, but I'll continue.

Going back to the bathroom scene, the only other thing I would like to add, is that the genitalia thing could also be a loss of creativity. For example, this may occur in life as fertility problems or difficulty in creating what we want in our lives.

Looking at the park scene, white dresses etc I think this is representative of 'purification' and healing. In the message, Carla has writtn 'when we're healed we can get away'. Taking time out in natural spaces is very healing and rejuvenating. I think the dream so far is showing the need for healing. When it skips to the house,I feel this is showing life at the moment, without healing.

Clearing away the rubbish from the den causes it to catch fire in the kitchen which is put out with water in the sink. I see this as emotions or issues not being properly dealt with or released safely. Maybe fights or arguments, health problems of an inflammatory nature are occuring. However, the sink as an oulet higlights the need for these emotions to be released. The tv stuff is escapism from these issues.

Let me know what you think.
