sorry for my ignorance - what actually is a premonition? - I see things in the future a lot - this can be quite frightening - because all of the time its me in them (its bad things often)- up to about 9 months in the future
busting my ankle in bball games - falling over/downstairs etc. also I see conversations that mean nothing really - but have way thru I realise ive seen this and I change the outcome of the converation
Premonitions are an aspect of true dreaming. The info we get, represents a piece of a puzzle but not the overall picture. there is usually a time line associated with it, hence the dream coming true. All, that you have done is tap into the future whilst in the dream state. In the dream state we go to the astral level of existence which is another dimension of reality not governed by the same laws of time as here.
