had this dream quite a while ago, it stuck with me.

Set way in a futuristic version of earth, I saw that rich white people gave well paid security jobs to black people, increasing their financial wellbeing, so they thought it was a good thing and that it was progress. However, a certain group of powerful white men who were jealous of the power and control that jewish people had achieved in society at taht time, they somehow passed some law to get all jewish people rounded up and perhaps in the guise of some emergency evacuation, they were pushed by the guards (mostly black) towards the doors which opened and allowed the prisoners thru then closed again. Even some of the guards got accidentally shoved thru with the crowds. Waht nobody realised was that beyond those doors they had been shoved onto spaceships and shipped off to their doom (or something.) It was like soylent green, if anyone knows the old movie. When most of the jewish people were eliminated from earth in this way, the Govt then started on the black people. Each person was only concerned for their own selves, and so this was allowed to happen.

It struck me as a very depressing future for the earth, motivated like all shitty things, by jealousy and fear, but I consoled myself with thea fact that it looked to be way into the future, after I die in this century. It was like a depressing sci-fi movie. don't know where theideas in the dream came from, I am not very attentive to political issues, knowing I have so little control over what any Govt does. Also I am not jewish, if anyone was wondering.

Filtration, fear just what the goverment needs for new world order. I've had a few of these and I don't think they're dreams. Not when your thoughts are that far out of cycle. I'll take this one as another piece of the big puzzle. What could possibly lead the world to be lead by one government. Fear, create enough caeous to turn every country upside down. Too many people dieing and for what? People hungering for an end, only loss and confusion left. Then comes the evil one. Leader of a gov't assembled years prior awaiting it's moment. People of the world "The time has come to put an end to your differences. The time is now for the world to be at peace once again. The time for new world order is upon us. If you do not comply, you will be at the mercy of the sword and you will die as you would in the endless war." I know it sounds crazy but what else would this all eventually lead to. Something to consider cause it could happen. By the way, your words are different in this one. Serious, I see.

what Korea's problem is, first I am aware that we are messing in Afghanistan cos america wants a pipeline for Oil, Saddam is another politically motivated probably oil/osama thing, (fill me if you have a good explanation of why we are sending young men to risk their lives at this time?)

usa stoped oil shipments for some reason. and what did it, was when the usa and spain caught a ship from nk shipping missiles. usa allready new that this shipment was taking place, so i think it pissed nk a little. obviously the usa thought they may have been nukes hiden onboard.

I always wondered as a kid who took 5 completely different people and put them in our house and told them they were a family - I always imagined a huge scieentists hand one day pulling the roof off to peer in at us....to see maybe if we had eaten each oterh at last????? like when people tell you you look like your sister, when you couldnt really pick the two of us out of a line up of 3....

its all down to the same old thing (money). these people will never go forward because they allways want more. its a shame only so many of use will evolve. how may times you keep giving people the message wont work. greed can be seen but the other cant be. its like understanding depression . people will pitty the person with a broken leg,but dont understand the pain of depression. i have no money myself but i`m a wealthy person because of what i see. people just cant see whats around them,more wealth than any money can buy..

what this dream was about. I was arrested and detained in a secret Immigration jail in America for the last 4 mths, you have no rights, you cant call anyone, if you reach a lawyer you get moved in hte middle of the night, they take the medications from people until they are so sick they will give up their fight for their greencard and allow themselves to be deported.......

I am now in UK, recovering from this nightmare experience.

My Letter To The Press: Immigration Detainees being Cheated of their Residency

1) where is Karina? is she alive?
2) how does it make sense to spend half a million bucks to arrest detain and then deport one housewife/20 year taxpayer? (me)

I would appreciate it if you would take a few minutes to read all of the following.

I recall reading in April 08 in the Sun Times about a Chicago Resident called Karina, who was released from detention by a last minute Immigration judges order ...by coincidence, (many in my life like this) for some reason I knew who she was; I knew her face when I saw her at a Salsa Club in Chicago yet i never went over to speak to her.....

Then maybe a week later, my husband had me arrested and detained by Immigration, and from the jail, mcHenry IL, it is where Karina had been held, and another Chicago resident Margaret Thompson (31 years on a greencard, now been held in jail for a YEAR and willl be deported to Jamaica away from her 8 us citizen children, and 9 grandchildren....) was speaking to Karina on the phone...and Karina was going to give me the name of her lawyer....but then Karina disappeared...becuase we are never really set free. Even if the Judge orders you released, ICE comes back and shoves you on the plane....when you are in cuffs and shackles, and you are not allowed to make phone calls....its like Guantanamo. I made notes and sent them all to my atty Geoff Heeren. I am in the UK now.

Below are the details of my detention for FOR MONTHS... but my questions are:

1) whatever happened to Karina?
2) will i ever be allowed to come home...to Chicago.
3) help me get the truth about the mistreatment in these jails to the public. When we sit in our offices in Chicago, we have no idea this stuff is happening....until it happens to you.

I was a housewife, with no criminal record or connections to terrorism in any way, yet my husband was able to get me arrested detained and deported.

I believe my husband should be charged with Attempted Murder, and/or Marriage Fraud, he contacted Immigration to have me deported to avoid a divorce settlement under IL law. He is aware of the conditions and how many have died in Immigration Detention Centers, and he would not provide my passport to allow them to deport me quickly. He said he doesn’t have it...when he did.

July 4, 2008 · A Washington Post investigation has revealed many immigrants, who are detained by the Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency, receive poor or substandard medical care. The inquiry identified 83 people who died while in custody. All this means is that of an unknown number of dead in these jails, 83 had citizen relatives that were NOT afraid to come forward and make a noise about it.......

So what was my husband hoping for?

I was arrested in Chicago by ICE (IMMI POLICE) on 5/9/08, and again on 5/15/08, and was in immigration detention for the last 4 months, I was finally deported on 9/11/08. The US Govt spent about a half a million to detain and deport me. WHY? Because my husband Joel Carreon contacted them and lied about me, in order to try to avoid a divorce settlement. I have absolutely no criminal record, in any country. I want a copy of my Immigration file, and I need to press charges against all parties. But of course, I am now dumped in a country I have not lived in for 20 years, no job, but a roof over my head, got my first full nights sleep in 5 mths last night.

1989 I got married in Chicago to first husband US Citizen husband, George Gates, and filed all of the correct paperwork with Immigration for a green card, in 1991 they put me in deportation proceedings, because they had lost my filing. The Judge Vinakor admitted as much at the hearing on 4/17/90, and requested that we refile all of the paperwork, and repay all of the fees, and he said if I did so he would grant me my green card at the next hearing, on 10/17/90. My husband was playing games with me, about signing the papers, and we didn’t have the money. On 10/17/90, the Judge offered voluntary departure instead of deportation, I agreed and voluntarily departed as instructed. I NOW KNOW THAT I SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN PLACED IN DEPORT PROCEEDINGS AS I HAD A VALID MARRIAGE PETITION ON FILE but I am told it is too late to do anything about it.

1996 I returned legally, I was inspected and admitted via the visa waiver program. In 1998 I was pregnant, the boyfriend Ken Rodgers said if I had the baby, he would kill me, or get me deported, he said his brother worked for immigration. I was trapped. After I had an abortion, Ken came to talk to me, and then raped me in my apartment. Several weeks later he attacked me while trying to gain access to my apartment, I filed a police report regarding the battery.

In 2000 I met Joel Carreon, in 2001 he wanted to marry me; before we committed, we checked with IMMI Attorney Judd Azulay, he said there was nothing on file for me with Immigration/Deportation so we shouldn’t have a problem.He handled our Immigration filing, and we filed our marriage petition in 2001. At our initial interview in 2003, they said they couldn’t do anything with our file until they found the old file...We waited, my work permission was renewed each year.

In the first year of our marriage, I got my husband 98K in lawsuit settlements for problems he had; this allowed him to buy a car, and go to school. He lived with me in my apartment. In six years, with my love and complete support, handling all of his debts and problems, and all of his families problems, he went from 15K PA to 120K + PA. I did not realise he was cheating on me, and was planning to rob me blind.

2006 Joel Carreon announced that he didn’t want to be married any more; he said he only wanted to buy the house (with my money) to impress his parents (whom he wanted to move in with us) and he said he had never wanted children with me. I was 39, this was devastating after so many years of hard work, trying to get my legal situation resolved so I could finally go to school, or start a family securely. I thought this marriage was real.

2006 I filed a Writ of Mandemus lawsuit against the US Govt to force them to process our file, they did, they said it was a real marriage but they couldn't grant Green card because they believed they had an outstanding Deportation order from 1992. This was a huge shock. 17 years later, I could not produce proof that I left in 1992. They refused my appeal. (only proof I have is a letter from Australian consulate apologizing for the loss of my passport in the mail - not enough proof for Immigration) Two days after I was arrested, my husband Joel Carreon changed the locks on my home, and refused to provide documents that anyone requested to try to help me...

5/9/08 - ICE Arrested without valid warrant at my home - the shock sent me into a seizure, each time the agent Youssif picked up my head, it prolonged the seizure, it was killing me, so they called the Paramedics who refused to allow the Immigration agents to take me. In the hospital the ICE agents were afraid I would die, so they forced me to sign an 'Immigration Parole Doc' - that stated I was free but must check in with them on 5/13/09. Apparently this parole was then cancelled, and they rearrested me on 5/15, the arresting officer Navarro wanted that document back - I said my lawyer had it, he asked for my passport, I offered to go into the house with him to get it, he said 'cuff her and put her in the van' and so they put me in McHenry Jail.

McHenry Jail IL is absolutely filthy and freezing, when you flush the toilet, it comes up in the drinking water. I am still covered in an unknown lumpy skin rash, 3 courses of antibiotics and antiviral drugs have not worked. I am in the process of medical testing here in the UK to find out the underlying cause. McHenry Immigration Detention center violates every legal standard and many CDC and EPA rules. I have written detailed complaints to the CDC and EPA and I sent detailed reports of conditions and abuses to my attorney. Detainees have rights, like phone calls etc, BUT you are denied every one of them. If you demand, you are locked in your cell for days. The abuse is constant. I was kept awake for days at a time to make me fill out a passport application. I witnessed and documented many abuses. I can send you all of these stories if you want them. My lawyer Geoff Heeren has all of my handwritten notes, but he is Pro-Bono, and has told me the U-Visa application is all he can do for me. He cannot pursue any of my other claims. He is very busy trying to get others released from detention before they die in there.

I was a witness that they nearly Killed Susamma Matthews, from India. Like me, she was waiting for a letter from Immigration. She and her son were arrested and detained. They ask for all of your medications, when you are arrested, then they take them, and you don’t get them; if you really push you are given 'substitute' medications...these made Susamma very sick. She had diabetes and high blood pressure. She was woken in the night for blood pressure checks, so the readings would be low...and for blood sugar after she ate, so it would look normal. She got a urine infection, this progressed to a Kidney infection - she was shaking in pain, and had lost 10 pounds in ten days...her son was also in custody, her other son is a US Citizen in Florida, he was running around getting another petition together for her...she could not get out of bed, I was disciplined for bringing her water to drink - I made anon calls to the OIG hotline from McHenry, after 3 weeks of this, they came to get her, she couldn’t walk, with another inmate we got her down the stairs, when we got her to the door, they realized that we inmates weren’t going to be allowed to 'carry her' so the guard (6ft 4 carrying her pillow case) complained that someone needed to bring a wheelchair...she was taken up to medical, she said they treated her better, IV drugs for 10 days at least...she and I were both told that our requests for stay of removal were denied on 6/30; I know mine didn’t even arrive in their offices until 6/31!! She said she was told that hers was denied because they had already purchased the ticket to fly her home...that day she returned to the day room, finally walking again, that night she was taken at 4am to go to the airport....They do this because they do not want you to die in custody.

I have several different stories like the one above that I personally witnessed and documented. Senior citizens denied pain and other medication that was prescribed to them by their own doctors, to make them sick enough to not fight the system. or to kill them off. I would like to know that Pong Young is still alive in McHenry, I would like to know that they are all still alive and where they are now....who was deported and died in hte airport at the other end?

THIS STATEMENT IN THE US PRESS CURRENTLY ABOUT ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION DROPPING BECAUSE OF ICE RAIDS IS ABSOLUTE CRAP. From sitting in the jail, watching mexican detainees complaining that it now takes the US Ten whole days to process their paperwork to ship them out, and they can return in 48 hrs to Chicago with a coyote...and so dont even lose their jobs. Other countries you are flown out, after months in detention, sick and broke with a destroyed family by then.

The raids are a bullshit cover up, as Immigration has for years been incompetent, destroying the careers and lives of many, my mexican fellow detainees tell me that for 100 mexicans deported, 124 come in.....so they are not worried about it too much.

Also these aliens such as myself, PICKED UP AT HOME WHILE WE WAITED FOR A RESPONSE FROM IMMIGRATION .......

Nearly everyone else in Immigration Detention was waiting at home for a letter from Immigration, having tried and applied in some way. We were easy to arrest. Also these civilised hard-working Americans are easy to abuse and intimidate, the Govt relies on the jail conditions to make people so sick that they will give up their claim to legality, and sign to go home, after 30 years in America. I have witnessed them nearly killing someone with bad medication- people don’t want to die in there, so they will sign anything to be out. AGAIN - ELEVEN people have died in this detention so far this year. I was a witness when they nearly killed Susamma Matthews by ignoring her illness and giving her the wrong medications. People are being forced into deportation after 20 years in US, for as little as a traffic ticket! 32 women in my section in McHenry, all non criminal, senior citizens, picked up at home...that’s 32x$1MM 32million so far this year...for what? to stop the from claiming the social security they have paid into for that last 20 years, while waiting for their papers to finally arrive???

Maria Dolores Aceves Santos won her immigration case, but is still in McHenry, they simply wont release her, its been over a year. She put me in touch with her Attorney, Geoff Heeren, from the Legal Assistance Foundation of Metropolitan Chicago.

Julie Meyers, Head of ICE, was walking thru the jail in June? With a bunch of ‘visitors’ (the section I was in, 3/131, was suddenly whitewashed with all of the required info for immigrants posted on the walls that morning before her guests arrived...) There were only 3 non English speaking Chinese and myself, I spoke to Julie and told her everything I had witnessed and documented, she wanted to get away from me, and she didn’t want her visitors to hear me, so she gave me the name of her Attorney and said she would 'look into my case.'

When Geoff pointed out to Julie’s Attorney Rafael Sanchez that if in fact I had been deportable since 1992, then my current passport which they have copies of, shows that this deportation had been satisfied twice over...so there was no cause for arrest on 5/9, when they nearly killed me, and RELEASE ME!........

THE COVER UP BEGINS - Their response was to cover themselves, they created and backdated a new Deport Order dated 5/15/08, and sent it two months late to Geoff, to justify arresting me and holding me. So what about 5/9 when they nearly killed me?? I need a Civil Rights Attorney – for a lawsuit...they are betting I will not recover physically or financially to be able to do this....like many other immigrants. I need a civil rights attorney as soon as possible - please do forward this email!!

US CITIZENS IN IMMIGRATION JAIL - Nina ‘Symich’ from Fort Lauderdale, in her 70s held for 3 months, she was even denied ibuprofen for her arthritis, she lost a lot of weight, when she was released, she promised me she would sue them to make it public. Unfortunately, most people are dumped out into a country they have not lived in for 30 years, homeless and broke and sick, so they cant sue or make the abuses public knowledge. I hope she doesn’t settle out of court, but she is in her 70s...

Kao Kuo is a nurse born in Philadelphia, she is still there in McHenry. She said the Judge in VA in her case said she didn’t understand why Kao was in jail; but then put the case on a six month delay again. Kao was too upset to speak when she returned to jail, she is having a slow nervous breakdown unable to understand why this is happening to her. This could be YOU. There is nowhere to deport her to, she was born in Philadelphia!!!!


LAFMC has applied for a U-Visa for me, the Deport Officer Salazar requested the Application receipt number for this, now we are having problems again - IMMI is saying that the police report and photographs are not sufficient evidence...

MOVED - I was moved to Dodge Co Jail in WI 5 hrs away, when it was realised that I am literate and educated - and was sending out notes and records of everything and helping others fill out their asylum cases and appeals. and that I already knew and had sent out too much information about what is happening. This is happening under your nose, be careful, do you have a really americanised name, or coudl they do this to you by 'mistake'?? Im serious.

I only actually received about 7 letters from all of my contacts in 4 months, some are now asking me if I received their letters, the answer is no. I was blocked from the phone most of the time, and even the stamps that were mailed to me by a friend were taken by a guard. I do not know if all of my mail made it out. The last week in Dodge Co Jail I asked for the address for John McCain (the next President is the only person I can appeal to above Julie Meyers, Head of ICE police, to get this looked at) and then I was told by a supervisor that I might be planning to threaten the President, and so I was locked in a rubber room with hair and human waste on the walls for a night......this kind of bullying and abuse is constant.

I filed a complaint with the OIG for Immigration regarding my treatment during arrest, I was forced into a seizure and it was prolonged nearly killing me by the agents who arrested me – so an Investigator 'Chuck' Scoles came to Dodge Co to talk to me – he was from Julie Myers office – I did not have a witness present, and had been through this kind of interrogation before, so I asked that he contact my attorney. After that he said he didnt have to talk to me.

On 9/2 I was taken from Dodge to Broadview - out of all of the immigrants, I was the only one filmed with a handheld camera by Officer Janowski - I asked why - he said to prove that I was 'well treated while I was in custody' - I saw Investigator Chuck Scoles from Julie Myers office in the background of the offices that day. (I overheard discussion in the Broadview office of an employee who had had a heart attack after pro-longed heroin usage - i bet that didnt make public knowledge either.) Only when I asked, I was told I was being put on a plane to London that night. My Alien number again did not work from the phones, another woman got her daughter to call my friend to bring me a small suitcase and some money. On the way from the airport to the actual airplane, a luggage mover from UA crashed into the car I was being driven in, giving me whiplash. There was a Chicago PD Report, and an Aviation Report filed. I was taken to Resurrection Hospital, IL where X-rays showed nothing broken, then I was driven to Elgin jail to sleep overnight in a cell. My bag with the money and my coat were taken again. I was taken to Broadview, where I asked for receipt for the bag and the large amount of money, I was given a receipt that said ‘unknown amount’ I asked to count it with the officer, I was cuffed and shackled and literally pushed into the metal van. They would not give me a receipt with a dollar amount. My Gucci watch was gone. It was a gift from my mother. (I believe many immigrants arrive home without their commissary or other money - every time they order their stuff doesnt come..then they are always taken away in the middle of hte night.... even my postage stamps were taken in the jail by Officer Elspeth) I was returned to Dodge Co the next day. I was constantly told that I would see the doctor when I got to Dodge, didnt happen, again I had to beg for pain medication for the whiplash. On 9/9 at night I was again taken to Broadview, again not told I was being deported until I asked, this time I could reach my lawyer who let my friend know. The three officers in the car with me were all discussing their time off work for their injuries from the crash at the airport. At Broadview they tried to make me sign a document that stated I was deportable with a ban of 20 years. I pointed out that even if I had been deportable, it was for only 5 years, Senior Deportation Officer Valencia (Amara?) acknowledged after a phone call that the 20 years was correct, but was trying to get me to sign it anyway.

This doesn’t just happen in third world countries, folks....and its happening to US citizens, and Americans, so write these letters, just in case someone very close to you winds up in this situation, and you too can't get any help. Regarding my incarceration in Immigration Detention Centers – 1) McHenry Jail, 2200 N Seminary McHenry IL, 5/15-7/11/08 2) Dodge Co. Jail, WI (7/11/08- 9/11/08)

IN MCHENRY

1) DRINKING WATER CONTAMINATION - Section 3/131 and 3/238 – When the toilet is flushed in 131, the water rises in the basin of the drinking water fountain, it is the only drinking water supply for all 32 inmates. All detainees have rashes and diarrhoea. I directly told the representative from Nakamoto Cleaning Services (retained by ICE to clean this jail) and nothing was done.

2) UNSANITARY HEALTH PRACTICES – I was given underwear to wear with blood and other body waste matter on it after it had been thru the jail laundry.

3) AIR POLUTION – Every day inmates wake up with blood and snot in their noses, and sores. The air vents in the cells are very dirty. When I attempted to clean mine, more dirt/stuff blew in. Margaret Thompson, inmate (Jamaican) said that in the year she has been detained, she has never seen a professional or other cleaning crew clean the jail or section 3. ‘Orange’ dust is blown around, with particles clearly visible sticking to the walls. Prisoners were made to clean the walls one time as high as they could reach, the Orange dust is visible from that point upwards. The uniforms are orange, it is possible that the air coming out of the prison laundry with soap/other chemicals is being pumped into he cells/dayrooms. The rooms quickly fill with smoke if there is a fire outside the jail. The failure to clean is making everyone sick.

4) POISONOUS CLEANING CHEMICALS – 3 times a day inmates are given three types of cleaning solutions in spray bottles to clean the dayrooms and their cells, wiping everything down with old newspapers. No gloves provided to inmates. The bottles of chemicals listed as ‘Henry Cabay and Sons, IL’ clearly state ‘if the contents come into contact with your skin, wash with cold water for 20 minutes and call the poison control center’.

5) QUARANTINE ISSUES? CDC?? – Detainees are brought straight from the airport and put into the general population with no quarantine. TB testing is done after the fact, several days later, or not done at all. One inmate saw and officer (not the nurse) give the TB Test to an inmate. There was no follow up on my TB test, so they stuck a second needle in me days later. Some people have large reactions, nothing is done.

6) UNSANITARY FOOD PRACTICES – the food trays are extremely dirty, the food unrecognisable and malnutritive, inmates stop menstruating and lose 15-20lbs. Everyone has either diarrhoea or constipation. I stopped menstruating, and I am still covered in an unknown lumpy rash from my neck down my throat, back, chest, and arms.

7) CHEMICAL OR OTHER EXPOSURES – After 2 weeks, I had developed a rash from my ears down my throat, neck, shoulders, back, chest, lumps with white pussy heads, bursting. NO MEDICAL CARE was given at McHenry. JULY-11-08 I was moved in the middle of the night to Dodge County Jail WI; after many requests I was given 15 days of Acyclovir, no change, then I was given 15 days of Doxycycline, no change as yet. WI jail code says they should check for communicable diseases – Nurse Roxanne says they will not do tests. This has been I my system for 15 weeks now…I have developed a lump under my left arm. I had seen Regular Doctor before my arrest and detainment, I had none of these medical problems.

8) ASBESTOS – Sticking out of the doors in McHenry – Geoff Heeren has a sample of this yellow fibrous stuff that was sticking out and blowing around the room in the air. It needs testing. It may be the cause of the bloody noses/rashes for all inmates and it may be the cause of the lump under my arm, and calcified spots showing up on the X-rays of my lungs at present.

Most Immigration detainees have English as a second language, and do not know their legal rights. They are all exposed to these conditions. I will give my complete cooperation to whoever will investigate these complaints.
