this is not a dream this happend in 1985. its something i cant explain if any one can brilliant!!

right here goes:
i awoke in the morning to go and sign on the dole. my time to sign on was 10.00am i went out of my house at 9.30 and it should have taken me 15 mins to get there 9.45 ... as i got about 100 yards away from the dole office a woman stopped me and asked have i seen a little dog i replied no. the place where she stopped me was on a by pass that was only built that year and was normally very busy around morning. but for some unknown reason there was no traffic around. i dident think to much about it at the time because this woman was chatting away to me. as she was chatting she started to talk about people over sees and names of people i did not know. she went on talking to me for about 10 mins and all in this time there was still no traffic on the by-pass. she said thankyou and i will see you again and your a loverly young man see you soon and off she went. as i turned around the by-pass was very busy. then i turned around to look for the woman and she was gone. there is no chance she could get away so fast and i dont think she was a pro 100 meter sprinter at the age of 70-80 ish. i found all this very strange but being very young i let it go over my head.. i walk the 100 yards to the dole office and went to the counter with my sign on card they said why are you late. i said i`m not. they said its 11.30 . now things where going through my head. as i got home my mother said whats wrong with you, you look as though you have seen a ghost. i explained to here what happend and said what this woman was saying. my mother replied. ther is no way you know what your saying. everything i had said was spot on about all of my mothers side of the family,who i dident know. this woman also when on about other things that i did not understand as i was only 16. i dont know if anyone else as had anything on the same lines as this,but if anyone can tell me what it was and why this happend.. i can understand my visions.as i get transported to places that i dont know. i have had visions when walking. but never anything like this..

do you want a rational explanation or a psi explanation? If you go to a doctor, they will rationalise it all away for you, taking all the fun out of it.

Possibility - this was some relative on that side of hte family to give you to pass on info about your family, a connection. With the time slip, may not have been a 'ghost' but more of a currently living person? (at that time) who was able to reach you, as you are open to psy info. YOu might want to look thru the large album of old B/W photos that your mum kept under the bed forever, you might see the old lady looking younger in a picture there.

I remember the first time I told my mum something I saw, and she just shrugged and said 'my mother was like that too." thanks ma! very comforting! - i was struggling to make sense of it all at 17.

If however you go to a doctor, they will give you meds and tell you to take it easy, and that it was a deja-vu like episode brought on by 'stress' (how stressful was it being a doley in 85 at 16??)

it was only shortly after i went into the armed forces so i cant remember that much about being a doley lol. also the big question is this, who is saine in this world and who is not. we all would like to think our minds are right !! are we all nutty, are we realy seeing thing that are not realy there.? or are they!

yup. what else do you need to know? The fact that we can accept that we work well in the rational world able to communicate, focus and relate (sometimes!) means that we are not certifiable - then you get these pictures that by medical definition mean if anything happens (like, say your mother drives you to it) you will wind up in a very soft facility - I'd say its a gift!!

Yeah, got a foot in both places, rational and psy, not taht we have a choice? I didnt ask my dead father to show up in the night, by rational rights, when I opened my eyes,he should have dissappeared, right? noep, he stayed right there.....I moved the bed against the wall so he cant get to my side of the bed in the night ever again!! sometimes things become apparent but the other person cant see it, and you cant say anything cos it would hurt them or they would reject you cos they are in complete and utter denial about it, so you jsut say, "dum de dum....." cos nothing will change....except your friendship if you point out what should be obvious to them.

People who CAN accept that some of the stuff they 'see' or 'do' is considered 'crazy' by less openminded people are well on the way to a balanced perspective, and therefore very sane about an insane world......
