I am a wiccan and I believe that you may be able to help interprete this dream. It is no ordinary dream yet maybe you can make some sense of it. I am walking along a forest and all of a sudden, I feel my body start to change. Like shapeshift. I feel fur start to grow up my spine and spread all over my back. My face narrows and my nose begins to become a snout. I feel my teeth sharpen and cut my bottom lips. I drop on all four and feel myself begin to suffocate. My whole body is in pain as my nails lengthen into claws and my hands and feet become paws. All I could feel is pain for a while and I try to cry out yet instead a howl comes out of my throat.
The pain finally disappears and I howl up at the moon, feeling the freedom in my soul and the strength of my muscles. I bound off into the woods and meet up with a pack of wolves, that I can sense are like me. They stare and growl menacingly at me. I back away, my tail between my legs and whimper, like a wounded puppy. I feel grief, fear, and anger. I watch them turn and bound off, not giving me another look. Only one stays behind. One wolf with fur as black as the night and eyes that shine like the stars. It just stares at me, before howling and pouncing on me. It knocks me into a tall tree, making me blackout. The last thing I see before I do is the wolf shapeshifting back into a man. A man that just smirked at me with sadness in his eyes. He said nothing and all went black.
I woke up screaming yet hearing a voice say, "I will see you again soon." No one was in the house. Except me.
I have heard that many wiccan people such as yourself do have experiences where they change from human form into that of an animal (totem). You changed into a werewolf, and met a powerful man/wolf who was a lot stonger than you, but what this person really needs is someone to love him, he doesn't know anything about love. You may meet this person in what we term as reality, and you may notice how much you have in common. A few freinds of mine have had transformation experiences, some became wolves, some became birds or cats or something. How long have you been into wicca?
that sounds good and scarey all rolled into one. Maybe you will meet this man in reality or again in a dream, and things will unfold and become more clear. Did you remember the face of his human form? Is he a god that you would call upon or relate to?
I don't know what this type of practice consist of - do you have spirit guides or maybe transform yourselves spiritually to be intune with nature?
Do you have a group practice? If so it could be that you have picked up on this mans vibes and although attracted to him he has a streak that worries you.
Maybe he has tried to make psychic advances on you and although this itself doesn't bother you there is something that you 'sense' about him that is wrong or bad.
I'd watch out if I were you and treat this dream as a warning!
I have been a Wiccan for about a few months now. It is more commonly known as witchcraft or paganism. We do not worship the devil or satan. And I have been having this dream for a while. Maybe two months. The man had dark brown almost black hair and eyes that were a very unmistakable hazel brown. He does not look like any god I know though he could easily be mistaken for one in the dream. I think I have met him before. And I will take all your advice. I will be on alert and also on a search for what this dream might be.
