The most scary premonition dream I had was almost 10 years ago. It was scary because I had it while I was completely awake and lying down on my bed. I tought about me and my husband riding his new motorcycle, but I was not afraid as I used to be...then, I saw a car crossing the street and we hit the car and I ended up my my head under it and I was going to have the weel of the car crossing my neck! while I was ready to hear the noise of my broken neck bones, I stopped thinking and I told myself: why should I have an accident? So many people ride motorbycicles, so, why me? ( I already had 2 accidents with the motorcycle - one with my younger brother and nother one with my youngest brother) After few day, we were coming from the beach and strangely I did not feel unfonforable riding the moto with my husbund...all at a sudden, the dream came true in all little details!!!!The car crossed the road and we hit the car. I ended up under the car with my head under it and ready to feel the weel crossing my neck! I am still scared when I think about it! The weel stopped so close to my neck! One second more and I wouldn't exist anymore! What scared me much more than the accident was the fact that I was living all over my daydream in all little details! It was too much for my mind to handle and I started to scream and cry while shaking uncontrollably! "I am not going to ride the motocycle anymore!" I was screaming with all my strenght histerically!
When I got home, my cat saw me and got scared! I could feel the powerful electricity that was shaking my body with profound fear! He kept his distance from me and got all swallen up like a ball! He scared me a little! What the hell was going on! I hade other similar events, but this one had too many details perfectly matching the reality, and even now I feel very shaken when I think about it! The problem is that it is hard to understand when it is a premonition and when it is a regular tought or immagination! You can only tell when the situation you already experienced happens again in real life, but how can you possible understand when these immages are a just result of worries, memories, fears, hopes or simply vivid immagination and when they are instead premonitions? This is the dilemma!

those of us that have dreams and premonitions are always tripping ourselves up....sometimes a dream is so symbolic I will tell someone, so that later when it happens, there is a witness. But symbolic ones are interpretable, so there is never concrete proof, and so we will always second guesss ourselves. How was I to know htat the lightning/red flash in the sky was actually a plane hittng the world trade center? I didnt, but the dream was so detailed and covered a year in my life that I did tell a colleague. Symbols, not absolute detail, that would have allowed prevention. Or getting locked up as crazy.
