Hi all. I wanted to post a dream I had when I was 3 or 4 years old and I still remember. Only Im not so dure if it was a dream or not, or was I imagining this or whatever.

Anyways, I was only 3 or 4 and I used to share a room with my wee brother, so at the time, he must have only been one or two. In our room, there used to be a sort of wardrobe thing, and on top of the wardrobewere boxes where one of my aunties kept all her hats. (Im sure these boxes must have held more than hats but I can't really remember.)

I was lying in my bed, it was late because my mum and dad were in bed too. I was dreaming about goblins. When I woke up, I was just looking around my room, and at the boxes on top of the wardrobe. I saw faces in the boxes. I could see the goblin things that had been in my dream. I got up eventually because I was scared and walked out of the room and tiptoed down the hall to my mum and dads room. The goblins followed me all the way. I climbed into my mums bed, thinking I was safe there and the bad dream would stop. But it didnt, it went on for hours these goblin things. They showed me cages and I knew they were going to put my parents into them. They had knives and ropes too.

Have any of you got dreams like this you can remember, or maybe any theories on what this could have been. An overactive imagination maybe? but how can I still remember all the details of a dream that I had about 15 years ago?

maybe because you were so young this was a really vivid dream to you,did your parents make you feel really safe and then suddenly everything changed and left you slightly insecure.
