I dreant that I was in a park thats just accross the road from my old house. There is a small brown fence that runs the length of the front of it. I was there with a dog I think. Anyways, all of a sudden, a blond bear appears and I know its going to go after me and not the dog. I jump over the fence so Im in the park, and I run down to one end.

The bear is following, but Im keeping enough distance so that I can jump the fence again and run to my house. The bear isnt far behind me, I run in the gate and scream at my wee brother to get in the house, a bear is coming. He runs to try and lock the gate but I tell him to leave it.My wee brother is 16, but in this dream he was only about 6, and my wee brother is blond. But in my dream his hair was like bright yellow. He gets in the house and I follow, knowing the bear is almost there.

Just as I lock the door, the bear is there. He is massive and has golden blonde fur. I run to the backdoor which is wide open and I lock that too. Back in the living room, I tell my mum theres a bear, she's terrified. we can see the bear through the window. It's massive and runs the full length of the windows. I cant remember the rest of it.

you ahve had a day to think...what do you think it means?

I am wondering if some relative that bothered your subconscious showed up in a big fur coat when you were a kid or somthing...

I was a bit freaked out by hairy men for a while, becuase when I was about 7 I saw 'the land that time forgot' (with doug mclure, they found an island that had dinosaurs and cavemen) anyhow during the movie a caveman leapt out and the scared the S&&T out of me..and so it took a while to be comfortable around hairy men..(like, 30 years...)

so did auntie Flo show up in a yellow bear coat when you were a kid? Or is it a more symbolic ...somebody blonde crashing into your lives and threatening your safety when you were a kid? yr mum and bro were scared too...

I dont know..I dont remember being scared of anyine when I was wee. Maybe the big blond bear was my dad? After my mum and dad split up years ago (I was 9) I had loads and loads of dreams that my dad was hurting me. Like, I dreamt he shot me, bro and sis and I dreamt he attacked me. But tat was a long time ago, so I dont know why tdreams like that would be popping up again. I cant think of who else it would be...
