Hi. Last night I was woken up about 6 times- one time somebody was calling my name over and over again and a few of the times I woke up shaking and found it hard to catch my breath. I am 23 and I am in good health so this is strange to me. I also keep getting different nightmares and bad / strange dreams. The other night I dreamt there was a 'devil child' who me and my husband had to keep stabbing to try and kill it. (I am not married by the way and I don't have children.) We were scared and everytime we tried to kill this child because it was trying to ruin other people's lives and kill them, it laughed at us and sat smiling. It looked like the child from The Exorcist film slightly but i think it was a boy. In the end we had to pretend to love this child because we were so terrified of what it would do to us otherwise...I hope somebody can offer some advice or help with interpretations as I'm scared to go to sleep now and I'm only catching a few hours sleep every night
but sounds liek a real drag, no idea of the cause as I dont know your life, but can i suggest hypnosis tapes, they are $8-10 bucks each, you can buy them on hte web, barrie konovic makes them, and it might get you past this awful hump that is robbing you of precious sleep.
Hi Laura-Marie! i feel you are a lady in need so i will help you...I will give you a spiritual view because i`m a developing clairvoyant and i understand through my own experiences what should work for you. When you go to bed close your eyes and make sure your mind is free of worry....any thought that comes into your head just let it float away and don`t hold onto it...keep this process up until you start to feel peaceful...then when you feel peaceful, ask your spirt guide in your mind to take away these bad dreams and experiences because you don`t want them....then thank your spirit guide.....next, still keeping your eyes closed and staying in that peace, imagine you are in a pure white bubble of energy which is surrounding you, healing you, and enfolding you...try and visualise this happening, then job done! the white energy will protect you from any negativity.
