Monday night as my husband and I were going to bed and we kissed goodnight I had a thought pop into my head . The thought was to tell him that I was going to die tonite. My husband knows of the thoughts and feelings I get about death , so I thought not a very good idea to tell my husband this before we go to sleep. I thought about it for a few minutes and realized how sad it would be to leave my 2 year old who is a mommas boy, and what it would be like for him to grow up with out me.Of course this mad me a little sad but I drifted off to sleep anyways.About midnight I suddenly woke up choking in my sleep with an acid reflux attack. Not a big deal most of the time , usually just gett up throw up nad everything is okay except for heartburn.This time this was way differnt.I threw up and then I couldn't breath.Ifelt likeI was dieing.I would take a breath and cough.This went on for a while,until I finally caught my breath.After this my breathing was very shallow and my chest hurt very badly.Ihad to sleep on pillows of course wasnt nuch sleep I went to doctor the next day.ThoughtIhad blood clot,turned out to be phneumona. Caused by the fluid from the acid reflux that went into my lungs. I believe that my abilty tohave these thoughts of death saved my life,becuase Iwas subconcionsially aware of something not being right.I could have not woken up in time. I REALLY was afraid that I WAS DYING .I even said to my husband thatI feel like I'm dying. Iwas almost ready to have him call 911.

you are ok. you needto jummp on hte internet and look up everything about acid reflux, adn get the opinions of several specialists...
your weight, what you eat and what time you eat, are primary causes, and then, like biting your nails, it will become a hard habit to breaqk..(IM 38 adn still bite my nailes...its impossible) anyhow you need to get this acid reflux thng under control..
