logically, how long have you been separated, ahs either one of you moved on with your lives, (is she seeing, lving with married to anyone else) etc..
you have to assess how much you obsess over this situation that is upsetting you , and whether this is why you are having this dream.
Who chose to leave and why...
reasons a woman would leave and SHOULD NOT return
physical violence - to her, her kids, animals...
emotional cruelty - same
gambling
drinking
and then more but the above are not negotiable. if any of the above apply, then you will have to suck it up, take the loss and learn from it, how to change yourself that you can have another chance at love.
If you dont know where she is, then you have to let it go, it is up to her to CHOOSE to stop back around, even if it is just to see that you are doing ok, women can reach a point where we KNOW we have to give up on a relationship, (very hard to do, the same pain you are gong thru now...only with some hope of a better future...) but we still care that the man is going to be ok...
buttaht doesnt mean she wants to try again.
IF she does come around, you will ahve to see how she feels...now is the test of a true gentle man, and a decent person. YOu cant let yourself be accused of the stalking thing either, so you have to either wait...t see if she has had a change of heart, OR suck it up, if you think you have some blame in why you are not together, change whatever it is about you that might drive someone away, (yes you can, women we change all teh time...to accomodate others) and gof rward with your life, sad right now but infinitely wiser....
you cannot know love without knowing pain.
Sleep peacefully and see wha the future may bring you.
