my nan sadly passed away and we was very close we did almost evrything together and when we wasnt together i would phone her and speak too her, but the night she died i dreamt of a phone call i made to her asking if she was alright and etc... what does this mean ???

relax, it means that you were prompted to call her at the crucial time, I hope in hte dream phone call you got to speak to her, at least it seems you attempted to let her know taht you were thinking of her...

keep a pen and paper by the bed, soon enough she will come through in your dreams to let you know she went over ok and she is watching over you. as soon as you wake, write it all down, every little thing. then come back to it much later and it will make great sense and give you peace.
