I think that $2,000 - $3,000 a year for an administration is quite a reasonable suggestion. It would make the roles in the committee a lot more enjoyable, and would possibly encourage more people to put their hands up if they knew they weren't going to have to do any of the adminstrative / paperwork crap.

After seeing first hand the stuff you do i would have to agree. The amount of time i don't get to see my guy because he is doing Ravens stuff and building websites for the club is too much!!!! No seriously its a great idea because there is a lot of work that does go on behind the scenes that people may not be aware of, and someone has to do it in order for the club to run.
