      there is an existing house i am interested in in grand
      turk island. the only reason i am interested in turks
      is the fact there is no tax whatsoever. i'm sure
      there are the same problems there as in america, only
      less of it. i don't care. can anybody help me on
      advise on existing housing and/or banking in turks?
