Hi Wantok, got 2 options for you:

1. your bank can do telegraphic transfer (TT), takes 2-3 business days in transfer & procession. Bank charges are flat rate regardless of amount sent.

2. Western Union, in Japan, only one bank (Suruga bank) deals with this service, call them on toll free 0120-585-073 or fax 055-989-5233 and ask them to send you an application form, you fill that, return to them, you'll be issued an ATM card to cater for your transactions, can use in any ATMS at JPOST, convenient stores etc. Its same day service, very fast and time saving, your contact person in PNG can claim the bucks right away after you gave him/her the details. Charges depends on amounts sent and you'll be sent a form detailing amount ranges and charges for it.
