Rest In Peace, John

by (no login)

Its been a long time since I posted at a Gotti forum, but I'm glad to see that this one is going strong.
I just wanted to stop to offer my condolensces to John's family, and to say that he is a man who will truly be missed.
He was right when he said that we can all live to be 5,000 and we'll never see another one like him.
The government mistreated this man and put him in tortorous conditions just because he made them look like the fools that they are.
Any government who authorizes prison officials to do an autopsy on a man after his family has expressed their wishes against it, and then pulls guns on the man's son when he tries to retrieve the body is a government that I'm ashamed to live under. That same government who told Peter Gotti that his father's body could not be turned over to him, because he still is technically a Federal Prisoner.
I hope the Gotti family goes after this government, presses charges, and inflicts the kind of pain on it that the govrenment inflicted on them for years.
John Gotti was a man's man until the day he died. He was a man who was loved by many, hated by some, but respected by all. That can never be taken away from him.
Coming from a person who spent countless hours on Gotti Support forums over the years, and a person who will truly miss the man, rest in peace John. They never broke you, and they never will.

Guido
