Grey Hair

Whats happening with majority of us in UK? Have noticed that most people i know have grey hair including me. It has not happened so quick with a short time that, most of them now are using colour to hind them. I believe hair turning grey should be gradual. Is it stress, disease, enviroment ama ni nini????
