Exporting Sprinter Van LPG

Am thinking of exporting an LPG converted sprinter van back home in Kenya, for transport business..

Are they still registering them as matatus?
Are there LPG filling stations in Kenya?
Are there LPG service garages in Kenya, if none can i chnge the tank as needed???
Appx how much is the import duty on these vehicles?
Does it make economic sense for a small investor and will i get a desent return??
