| This is my question what will happen come 2012 if RUTO,ANYAG NYONG, RAILA, BALALA are not prosecuted?I am waiting for the findings of the waki comisson because i think this will be the defining moment, either the G.N.U will collapse or justice will prevail either way kenya will never be the same. am very optimistic regarding the nation of Kenya but i forsee chaos ahead very soon.... for raila to be acceptable to all Kenyans he has to sacrifice a few of his tinted pentagon members. but the question is how can he do that when theyr the ones who got him where his now.... politics is a dirty game. who ever is implicated in planning, financeing or taking part in the genocide has to face the law, the trouble is what if the faindigs are to hard to stomach for example if raila is implicated and asked to step aside and resign and the same happens to ruto what will both of them do return to their communities to organise more chaos? offcorse not they will cut deals, thats why odm is so quiet about youths arrested for the chaos they caused, i forsee some betryal, backstabbing, and down right sintching from odm for instance last week they could not agree for a solution at the mau summit and they resulted to issuing threats to one another, now this is a small issue turned political now can u now imagine what they will be like if their liberty and carreers a thretend by the law an the prospects of them being locked up. |

should Uhuru, Kibaki, Michuki, Lucy, Kiraitu, Karua and others be prosecuted for asking the police to kill people? remember 60% of the deaths came from police shootings. should uhuru be taken to court for the naivasha and limuru massacres of luos and luyias? |
| Very afraid for Kenya
| And what will happen if Raila does not win in 2012? | July 24 2008, 5:13 PM |
It will be a do or die campaign for Raila to ascend to full power in 2012 because he will be too old to stand at the following election. What do you imagine will happen if he loses 2012 election? What do you think he is ready to do to ensure he wins in 2012? More violence? And if he wins, what will happen to those who will not have voted for him? Should Raila honestly ever lead Kenya while he clearly shows all the traits of the tyranical leaders the world has had? Should Kenyans be hoodwinked to believing while all the others who murdered, destroyed and committed all in crimes in the last violence did all that in the name of Raila they should be guilty and him innocent? ARE WE NOT TO FEAR THAT RAILA IS LEADING IN CALLIING FOR AMNESTY FOR ALL THOSE WHO MURDRED AND CAUSED DESTRUCTION WITH THE ARGUMENT THAT THEY DID SO IN DEFENSE OF THEIR RIGHTS - DOES THIS NOT MEAN THAT COME 2012 RAILA IS TELLING WHOEVER WILL THINK THEY WERE CHEATED OF THEIR RIGHTS THEY CAN RIGHITLY DO JUST AS THE PEPETRATORS OF THE LAST VIOLENCE DID - MURDER INNOCENT PEOPLE, DESTROY PROPERTY, RAPE, INJURE, DISPLACE AND THEY WILL BE ACTING LEGALLY? Is this not very dangerous for Kenya? I am afraid, very afraid and peace loving Kenyans had rather be. |

My main worry is what will happen if we shall not have Raila and Ruto around? I do not see any other brave person to stand against kunyanyasa wakenya wengine. We need more ten brave Railas and Rutos. |
