i have recieved a letter from Mji Mkuu Wakaniabia ati they have selected a case owner who will deal with my case and at the moment he is prioritising cases according to home secretary announcement 25th july 2007. The letter also says that they cannot say how long my case will take to ba adressed.

Is there anybody who have recieved this kind of letter and if so how long did they took to deal with the case.

they dont take long once you get that letter mine took a month then they send me a questionner to fill in my change of circumstances then took another month or so they granted me leave to remain praise be to the Lord.

Yes and indeed they respond How long? Not long! Good to remember that these guys-HO treat cases differently.One case could take a week and a similar one 10 years to review or more.Similar claims awarded and failed.good to compare and seek advice but the fact your mate succeded or failed doesnt guarantee u a similar outcome.

if you have been allocated a case owner,it will take from one month to six months but not more than six months.
