Reliable sources say Raila/ODM 2012 campaign fundraising strategy is out and includes to use Mau and famine in Kenya to collect billions for their 2012 campaign and no one will ever know since ODM members are leading these campaigns - THAT IS WHY RAILA CHOSE TO LEAD ESPECIALLY THE MAU Campaign as environmental renewal projects are attracting most funds globally currently, they say.

It is said some of these and others, including governments, who have interest in Kenya including to buy/lease large tracks of land, mining, government contracts etc etc have been assured if they help Raila to win in 2012 he will in turn ensure they will get their wishes. To get round the new Political Parties regulations restricting funds candidates can get from outside Kenya ODM strategy, they say, is that these foreign ODM supporters will channel money through Mau, Famine relief and other public projects funds that Raila/ODM are in control of as it will be easy to get some of the money for ODM campaigns quietly once it is in Kenya. ODM will gain through this strategy in several ways - on top of getting funds for their campaigns through these projects, they will win the public as most of the funds are used to deliver the projects for public benefit and Raila/ODM will be able to claim they brought these projects to the beneficiaries.
THAT IS WHY, SOURCES SAY, RAILA/ODM DID ALL POSSIBLE, including bribing MPs, TO GET RINGERA OUT SINCE THEY SEE HIM AS A PNU MAN and unbribable. ODM will ensure their man gets the Ringera position so that, with their man Okongo Omogeni as KACC Chairman already in place, the two topmost positions in KACC - DIRECTOR AND CHAIR will be filled by ODM supporters. This will enable ODM to get these outside funds and engage in other corrupt practices without anyone being able to accuse them of corruption. On the other hand, once KACC is under ODM influence and ODM already control Parliament, tramped up corruption charges will be brought against leading figures in PNU starting with Uhuru, Saitoti, Kiraitu, Kimunya etc. as 2012 nears so they are barred from standing and will leave the field clear for ODM to win in 2012. The other positions ODM realy want and are working hard to have their men in at the top are the armed forces and the Artoney General's position and much better the Chief Justice position. They are disappointed they did not get their man in Police Commissioner's position but they are working how to go round this.
Already ODM has almost managed to get the CoE to use their 2005 draft constitution for the new constitution with a Parliamentary System and want to do away with a referundum, ODM are influencing the new Elections Commission and new administration boundaries commission and they have their men manipulating the Census data to benefit ODM campaign and number of new constituencies - e.g. the number of the Luo tribe will be inflated as Moi inflated Kalenjin while the number of Kikuyus will be reflected as much less as they actually are - they had this in mind when their Census officials supported the tribe question. They will get the census numbers to be used by the boundaries commission to determine where new constituencies will be created and since this will be determined by census numbers, Luo and other ODM strongholds will have constituencies increased while those in Kikuyu and PNU strongholds will get as few new constituencies as possible.
ODM has already engaged top campaign consultants and Raila has been advised not to comfront Kibaki in public any more but to exploit his naivaty in political thuggery and honesty. To do this it is said Raila has been advised to insist that his consultation with Kibaki is kept just between the two of them and the Coalation Management Committee be done away with. At such meetings Raila is to agree with Kibaki's proposals without much argument to deceive both Kibaki and the rest outside but use his footsoldiers to act according to his and ODM strategy and wishes. THE RINGERA CASE WAS THIS RAILA/ODM SCHEME IN ACTION. Raila and Kibaki in consultations just between the two of them, it is said, had agreed that Raila would appoint and Kibaki confirm Okongo Omogeni to the KACC Chairman post and Kibaki would re-appoint Ringera. Raila/ODM however already had made elaborate plans on how they would use Parliament to oppose Ringera's re-appointment. Raila/OD used this strategy of deception again when the Cabinet had an unusual agreement to shelf Kibaki-Raila push for a local Special Tribunal. It is ODM deception that produced this harmonious Cabinet decision. Raila/ODM had already made elaborate plans to have the Imanyara bill brought in Parliament. The invitation for Kibaki to visit Nyanza by Raila a short while ago was part of the ODM strategy. The other is getting Kibaki to launch the PM strategic plan that he did a short while ago - and there are more. It is said Raila is using most of his time in the PM post to work on ODM matters and 2012 campaign.
SO DO NOT BE SURPRISED AND STOP BEING SO NAIVE PARTICK AND COMPANY WHEN YOU SEE RIALA AND IDA SO BUSY FUNDRAISING ON NEW YORK STREETS - unlike PNU who are sleeping ODM are full steam into the 2012 campaign. RAILA WILL DO ANYTHING TO ENSURE HE WINS IN 2012 BECAUSE DRIVEN BY LUST FOR POWER AND FEAR HIS CHANCES WILL BE GREATLY DIMINISHED IF DOES NOT SCORE THE GOAL IN 2012, IT IS DO OR DIE CAMPAIGN. For sure Raila is an enigima in Kenya politics. Raila/ODM are in full 2012 campaign mode while PNU is sleeping.
