Child abuse in Kenya coast ,what abt the black man?

The are people pointing fingers TO the white man ,whereas the black man has shown them the way, by preparing the gals for them when they come in high season,

If the community does not blame its own people and if the community does not think its a crime to prosecute the black man for rape ,sex scandals,sodomy,exploitation and all and also the black mother selling her daughters to the white man and the hotels run by black man and woman allowing and giving the white man privilages, then why do people expect the whole nightmare to end and the white to be prosecuted?
