Are they (Govt.) so desparate to prop this kind of propaganda to IDPs, and the world? First, they come late. Then they come with cash. Dont you think that if they really paid these poor souls with cash, that it would be another field day to their tormentors (thieves)? I dont think that this Govt has a clue in the world on what to do with these IDPs. They,re just pretending to do something ahead of the impending El-Nino.

some people will drink all the money others will find women to enjoy and others will run away from their family .Also the thieves will be waiting for them ,conmen as well lol.The government should pay them with cheque.
