hi landlady.i dont mean to b rude.bt i ave cme across dis ping of urs many times.kwani how desperate r u 2 rent ur rm.if u cant afford the hse by urself,why dont u look for a cheap hse 4 urself.there r so many single rms out there.its a nightmare to share a hse with a landlord/landlady day in;day out.if u cant get a close friend,plz learn to leave by urself or go for an alternative.
