ICC Ocampo is going to Kenya next week following which he will want those in the Waki report to be arrested and handed over to ICC. Who will they be and how will Kenyans especially the supporters of those indicted react? Might miscarriage of justice occur and if so could it inflame Kenya? How will Kenyans react if some of those they have evidence masterminded the violence are left while those who were victims directly or indirectly are charged?

Those thugs (perpetrators) should be charged, and arrest warrants issued by the Hague. Whether the Kenya Govt co-operates should not really be an issue for the time being. Most important thing is we want to see how far those peoples political carriers go after we officially know who they are. Time will tell if they are more resilient than Kenya.
